University of Pennsylvania Law School, J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, 2016
Johns Hopkins University, B.A., cum laude, 2012
- Washington, D.C.
Mr. Fordin is a 2016 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. He then went to work for Arnold & Porter, LLP in Washington D.C.
While he was with Arnold & Porter, Mr. Fordin defended large pharmaceutical companies involved in mass tort litigation and/or that were the subject of related government investigations. Such cases required Mr. Fordin to manage and be familiar with expansive and complex discovery. Mr. Fordin has brought the skill set that he developed in his former practice to Fisher Potter Hodas, PL, where the discovery related to business-valuation and asset-recovery disputes is similarly voluminous and technical. Also, Mr. Fordin gained experience in preparing key witnesses, including experts and high-level executives, for critical depositions, which, again, is a skill that is required in virtually every case that Fisher Potter Hodas handles.
