Same Sex Marriage

Prior to the United States Supreme Court's decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, the attorneys at Fisher Potter Hodas PL regularly negotiated cohabitation agreements for same sex couples in the State of Florida.  

Now that the Supreme Court has legalized same sex marriage, the rights of same sex couples in marriage and upon divorce will be in a state of development for many years.  Fisher Potter Hodas PL is committed to playing a leadership role in the advancement of the law in the area of same sex marriage.
